The Position:

The NOA Programme Analyst post is located in the Country Office, Quito, Ecuador. S/he will work with Country office staff, government and implementing partners to plan, implement and monitor Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights programmes. The Programme Analyst will contribute to the Reproductive and Maternal Health programme formulation, planning, and implementation, joint programming initiatives and national development frameworks. S/he will be a key member of the Integrated Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights Programme Unit and collaborate with the other programme units (Gender, Population and Data, and Humanitarian) to ensure synergies among the units. 

The Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Analyst will be in communication with all NPOs and Operation personnel. She/he reports directly to the UNFPA Assistant Representative and under the ultimate responsibility of UNFPA Representative
